• Why isn't the Ops price published? Each engagement is calibrated. A support team running 12 workspaces with 90-day retention is a different shape than an SRE rotation needing SOC2 evidence and dedicated multi-tenant isolation. Pricing starts from $199/mo and scales to $499+/mo per the deal. Quoted per organization, not per seat.
• What's the smallest fit for Ops vs Team? Team at $49/mo flat covers up to 5 workspaces. Beyond 5 workspaces, or any SLA / custom retention / SOC2 / multi-tenant isolation requirement, moves to Ops engagement. The structural difference is contractual, not feature-flag.
• Do you have SOC2? We can produce SOC2 evidence as part of an Ops engagement. Hosted runs on Cloudflare Workers + D1 + Vectorize + KV — the underlying infrastructure carries SOC2 / ISO 27001 inheritance. The custom evidence layer covers your specific tenant boundaries, retention windows, and access controls.
• How does multi-tenant isolation work? Each tenant gets isolated D1 + Vectorize + KV bindings or namespace-prefixed queries depending on the engagement shape. Token storage is per-tenant AES-256-GCM encrypted. We don't share Slack response data across tenants. The exact isolation model is documented per engagement.
• What's the response time? SLA is part of the engagement contract. Default is 4-hour response during business hours; 1-hour for incidents on the operating envelope. Faster SLAs are available; they affect the price but not the structure.
