Deployment

Deployment review, rollout fit, and company-led intake.

This page keeps rollout, procurement, and premium-fit requests on the hosted surface. Use it when the next question is not just pricing, but whether the workflow deserves a managed endpoint, bounded rollout, and explicit support ownership.

Request deployment review

Use the hosted form when rollout quality, buyer review, or support-envelope questions matter. This path stores the lead, scores it deterministically, and routes confirmation plus follow-up through the hosted product surface.

Operated by Revasser. Self-host support stays on GitHub; managed rollout and Cloud support stay on this hosted surface.
This form captures company fit, routing metadata, and rollout requirements. Submit verifies the request with Turnstile, stores the lead immediately, and sends a confirmation email with the next-step ETA.

What happens next

  • Lead is received and scored against rollout urgency, blast radius, workflow criticality, support fit, and compliance complexity.
  • Runtime target, region/timezone, concurrency, validation plan, and rollback needs stay attached to the lead instead of getting rediscovered later in email.
  • Qualified requests route toward Team, Turnkey Team Launch, or Managed Reliability follow-up
  • Deferred or docs-first requests still get a confirmation path and the right docs/security surfaces

Response target

  • Inline confirmation appears immediately on successful submit.
  • Submitter confirmation email should arrive after the lead is stored and scored.
  • Qualified rollout requests should get human follow-up on the hosted support path within one business day.

Plan anchors

  • Free ($0): 14 read/write Slack tools + monthly AI credits, no card required
  • Pro ($9/mo): unlimited AI tools + scheduled morning catch-up DM (rolling out Q2 2026) + 2 workspaces
  • Team ($49/mo) flat: Pro + shared workflow profiles + audit log + 5 workspaces
  • Ops (from $199/mo (custom)): SLA, custom retention, SOC2 path, multi-tenant isolation

When self-host is better

  • You want all 21 tools and full runtime control.
  • You already have internal ownership for token extraction, refresh, storage, and process management.
  • You don't need the AI brain (smart_search, catch_me_up, triage) — workflow profile primitives ship in OSS.
