2. Connect Slack workspace. OAuth flow — you authorize the workspace, we get permanent OAuth (no 2-week token rotation on Pro and above).
3. Set up your first workflow profile. Pick a template (oncall-handoff, support-triage, exec-monday, sprint-tracker, customer-feedback, incident-room) or define your own. Channels + priority people + cadence.
4. Run slack_catch_me_up from your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI). Get structured JSON back. Iterate.
